vintage

2022
A reserve white wine made from selected clusters of Sauvignon and Chardonnay from our most prized plots. A wine of great structure and breadth, it combines the body of Chardonnay with the aromatic richness of Sauvignon. The grapes undergo maceration during five days of fermentation, after which the wine is aged in French oak barriques. Before release, it rests in the bottle.

Zenta Bianco is obtained from a selection of the finest Sauvignon and Chardonnay grapes sourced from the most suitable vineyards. The Chardonnay grapes undergo a protected maceration of 4–5 days before fermentation, followed by pressing and aging: roughly 50 percent in French oak barriques with malolactic fermentation, the remainder in steel vats. The Sauvignon, composed of three clones, is vinified separately: the local clones mature in steel, while the French clones are gently pressed at low temperature to preserve their aromas. The musts are frequently stirred to promote cellular lysis and enrich the wine’s aromatic profile.
