Visits and tastings

In recent years, the Perusini estate has prided itself on the tastings it organises for groups and tour operators.

The large room with windows opening onto the garden from the 17th-century villa (which in winter serves as an orangery) is ideal for hosting tastings for up to 45 people. In the summer, the garden itself also becomes a fine extension of the interior space. Tastings normally also include a visit to the cellar and can be done in English and German.

Visits to the winery must be booked at least 48 hours in advance by sending an email to info@perusini.com.

The tasting includes a tour of the cellar and takes place in the hall of the 17th-century villa.

What to expect from your visit

    1) Visit to the winery

Once we arrive at the car park we will initially move inside the cellar to start the visit; here we will see where the grapes arrive, you will be explained the different processes and how our wines are made.

The visit will be divided between two parts of the cellar: where the steel tanks are located and where our barriques are located.

We will conclude the cellar visit with a visit to the barrique area under our tower-cellar where Foucault’s Pendulum is located!

    2) Brunch or Tasting

Depending on the experience you choose, there will be Brunch, Simple Tasting or Advanced Tasting.

You can taste our wines accompanied by the descriptions of a company manager and local gastronomic products.

The typical products of the territory are those that best match our wines and are precisely: the hams of Osvaldo and locally-produced salami, mature and mountain cheeses.

All accompanied by homemade bread and ‘bibanesi’ (breadsticks).
